With over 40 years of combined experience, the head coaches are highly knowledgeable in the skills necessary to prepare club members for college-level athletic programs.
A newly renovated 12,000 square foot facility safely integrates both recreational and competitive athletic programs.

Professional Coaches
Lacey Kuckelman
Owner + head coach
Lacey is the owner and head coach of Zenith West Gymnastics Academy. She has coached gymnastics for 17 years as a professional member of the USA Gymnastics women’s program and has judged Junior Olympic competitions nationwide for eight years.
She holds a degree in kinesiology and health, is a certified personal trainer and has experience working alongside physical therapists and dieticians. This health education and physiology background laid the foundation for her coaching curriculum which prioritizes strength and conditioning and emphasizes proper movement and technique.
Lacey’s focus is providing the highest quality training in a positive and joyful atmosphere for young gymnasts. Zenith West has always been her dream and coaching children a vocation Lacey is an uplifting mentor and wishes to make Zenith West a community-driven academy that local athletes call home.
Georgia INNOCENZI
Head Coach + Optional Team Manager
Georgia is the optional team manager and co-head coach at Zenith West Gymnastics Academy. She directs the Hopes qualifiers and TOPs testing, develops training plans for the highest competitive levels and coordinates all college recruiting detail.
She has over 20 years experience as an elite and collegiate athlete and was the U.S National Champion in 2011. As a University of Utah gymnast, Georgia was a 16-time All-American with a record of nine 10.0s and 88 career wins. This six-time Pac-12 champion won every major Pac-12 award and won the AAI Award as the nation’s top senior gymnast in 2015.
Georgia double-majored in health society + policies and health promotion education with a minor in nutrition. Her late childhood coach, Laura, inspired the shift from NCAA champion gymnast to a successful career in coaching. Georgia has several years experience coaching high performance programs at the college and club level. Technique of advanced skills and elite development is Georgia’s expertise. She is always pushing for greatness from each gymnast and has an incredible eye for detail. Georgia’s motivation is to awaken gymnasts’ true potential by creating a respectful and safe environment.

The Zenith West team managers have intimately learned from acclaimed industry leaders. These external professionals provide the guidance our founders need to overcome coaching and business obstacles.
Lacey and Georgia attend several training clinics and camps annually to enhance their coaching techniques, and continually progress their professional goals.
Aimee Boorman
Aimee was the head coach for the 2016 Olympic gymnastics team and gold medalist, Simone Biles. Aimee has supported the Zenith West founders in their business venture, coaching methodology, and program operations.
Tom Farden
Tom has been coaching gymnastics for 18 years, and is currently the head coach at University of Utah. Tom is a former coach and personal mentor of Georgia Innocenzi, Zenith West’s optional team manager.
Neil Resnick
Neil is the head coach for the Boise State gymnastics team and a full-time member of the USA Gymnastics national coaching staff. The Zenith West founders have further developed their technique from his camps.
Tom Forster
Tom is a gymnastics coach and the high performance team coordinator for the United States women’s National Gymnastics Team. We have been guided through gymnast spotting and technique at his coaching camps.
